Cool Boarders

If you are familiar with the Cool Boarders games on the PlayStation than you should know what to expect from this game. Being developed by the same people responsible for the PlayStation Cool Boarders games, the Dreamcast version of Cool Boarders will simply be the Dreamcast incarnation of this popular snowboarding series.

Although almost nothing has been revealed about the Dreamcast version of Cool Boarders, it should be much like Cool Boarders 3 on the PlayStation. The PlayStation version of Cool Boarders 3 features 34 dynamic 3D courses, capability to perform numerous types of tricks and maneuvers, 22 types of snowboards and 6 different types of snowboarding events. Overall, there are certainly alot of features in Cool Boarders 3 that will most likely be incorporated into the Dreamcast version.

Being that this will be a Dreamcast title, there will be quite a few obvious graphical and sound quality enhancements. The developers of this title, UEP Systems still have yet to release screens of this game, so we can only guess as to how good the graphics will actually be. If their efforts on the PlayStation Cool Boarders titles are any indication, we should be in for some nice eye candy. We will of course bring you screens of this game as soon as they are released.

Currently, UEP Systems is expected to release this Snowboarding title in Japan sometime in 1999. Expect this title to be released in the U.S. market as well.
